Hi, l'm Marieta Trollip Founder of Hairfillery | Owner of Authentic Collection Hair Salon & Refined Image Consulting Studio Master Colour Stylist | Image Consultant | Makeup Artist. l've known I wanted to be a hairdresser since I was a little girl - no backup plan, no second guesses. By 30, I had my own salon. Today, I lead a multi-faceted beauty business that empowers women to feel Confident, radiant, and seen. My work blends clean, anti-aging scalp care with personalised colour season analysis and transformative hair colour - all designed to help you become the best version of yourself. I'm a perfectionist with a plan, and I believe in working backwards from your end goal to deliver results that last. I don't believe in once-off appointments. I build long-term relationships. I take time to open up, but once I know you, we're more than stylist and client - we're friends. Outside the salon, I'm a wife, a proud mom of two beautiful kids, and someone who believes holidays are a love language. Give me a beach, a plan, and a good book - and I'm in my happy place. Hi, I’m Michelle, and I’ve been in the hairstyling industry for 8 years. I started my career at Authentic Collection, where I worked as an apprentice and had the incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and refine my skills alongside an amazing stylist, who also gave me the opportunity to start my own business in 2023. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for creating styles that not only look great but make my clients feel confident and cared for. Building strong, genuine relationships with my clients is one of the things I value most about what I do. I strive to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment, where everyone who sits in my chair can unwind and enjoy the experience. Whether it’s a simple trim, a color refresh, or a full transformation, my goal is always to make sure you leave feeling your best.
